Rockstar CEO and top management, Subpar new middle management, mostly average staff

Pros

Roaring growth industry wide and also for the company itself Challenging and demanding yet fulfilling work Some really good peers to learn from and to work with Work life balance if you define it very well

Cons

Main concern is the new middle managers that are directly hired from other companies into these roles and given inflated titles at/above "Director" level. I think the strategy should be promoting existing great performers who are willing to take these roles and tap into their commitment, knowledge and loyalty rather than just making them report to the new sub-par middle managers which is already turning into growing frustration . Culture is rapidly changing as well. There are some really good performers in pockets and if they leave, it will be disastrous at this time when the company really needs them!

Fantastic Place to Work !

Pros

1. Ideas and Opinions are given a lot of importance . 2. Energetic Workplace where you will get chance to interact with people from different functions as well. 3. On-boarding and Adaptation into company culture is very smooth. 4. Competitive Salary 5. Works on Cutting Edge Technologies in the field of Robotic Process Automation. 6. Lots of new areas of Work ,setting it apart from monotonous IT job.

Cons

Yet to see a Food Court in the building .. But it is quite manageable since they serve tea,coffee,fruits,snacks,soup ,etc free of cost and also ,we are stone's throw away from Cunningham Road and City center :)
