      Great place to work and great products

      Pros

      Very good compensation, way above market average. Promotion opportunity and great range of salary raise if you're over achiever. Good work life balance - encouragement to take PTO, company holiday etc. Talents with whom exciting to work with. Family culture and forever startup mindset. "Full" cloud solution and "one step ahead" solution products. Stability being No.1 in North America. I am seeing Automation Anywhere becoming as one of the top companies within 5+ years span.

      Cons

      Some existing customers struggle to move out from older version, however company is supporting by any means to move on to full cloud or latest environment. Automation Anywhere is an working environment where you keep on running toward your and company's growth, and it can be Cons depend on what you are looking for in a working place.
