Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review. It is true that a fast pace can eat into the work-life balance and we have recently instituted 'Stress Free Days' where we don't allow meetings (unless it's at the client's request) and recommend that people minimize their access to email. We will continue to institute these types of programs to ensure that your employees are taking care of themselves and their families. It is well-known that the negativity of certain employees can be contagious but we will protect their right to have an opinion while making strides to improving those aspects that they consider negative.
