      People are nice Pay is decent Good work life balance

      Cons

      Company has no direction and feels chaotic. Went on a huge hiring boom only to do a mass layoff with no warning. Didn’t communicate there were issues, didn’t go on a hiring freeze or do really anything before letting people go. No transparency into company health or finances. Massive leadership turnover. Questionable tech.

      Decent salary Great colleagues in my group

      The “family owned” company does not accept that it is time for them to move aside. False promises, lack of direction, nepotism. If this startup did not make it IPO 19 years after its beginnings and 900M later… I really doubt they will

      Cons

      So many people laid off, but the same exec team that got us into the mess are still in place? Seen some really good execs leave.
