Good team, lots of work avenues if you're interested to work. Company is growing and lean, you can hear the growth story in the townhall from CEO. Tax department work in conjunction with accounting and you might work on newer tasks as a filler.

Cons

Regular layoffs keeps the employees demotivated as it can happen anytime. Sometime it gets isolated as you may never visit office as people mostly do WFH.
