      Pros

      Being part of the support team. It's a great team to work with. Everyone good work gets rewarded via internal promos, appraisal and good quarterly bonus payouts. Support team also promotes rewards and recognition and there are monthly, quarterly awards with monetary benefits being awarded to best performers - felt good to win few times. Everything is very transparent. Leadership also invests in get togethers and celebrations. Even during Covid awards etc were not stopped. Great place to be in.
