Great technology Leaders in cloud based RPA Good compensation and benefits

Cons

Substantial effort is needed to manage accounts, yet sales receive no remuneration for renewals GTM and marketing is immature and does not seem to be well connected with what customers actually need Not all parts of the organisation are working in sync. Management is out of touch with what is needed to succeed in selling the platform. Product development are sometimes out of touch with the functionality that customers want in the platform.

Founders have a strategic vision about the business with a agile mindset to capture growth opportunities. One example of this is their early move to a SaaS platform in the RPA industry. They are involved hands on in the business.

Cons

None. But one has to bring the excitement like a founder to survive regardless of your level in the organisation.
