Nothing really. Bad, unethical, unprofessional company.

Cons

Old timers in the system think they own the company and behave rudely. Use abusive languages. If such is guy is your manager, you are screwed. He will keep threatening you to fire you. HR team is spineless and does nothing if such incidences are reported. Dont join this rubbish company.

An awesome work culture where it is mandatory to practice CBM (Commitment Based Management) and each and every employee is given the space to say "No" and negotiate We don't have an HR body... we have PX (People experience) Learning and personal development is of utmost importance and is a part of OKRs The company which doesn't just talk about competitive salary but also practices the same. I have seen 2 market corrections in the last 13 months. New technology, a cloud-first approach, a design-centric approach, and great people. A perfect blend for a great company

Good work culture and wellness of employee. People oriented HR team. Market based salary. Work from home. Learning platform like LinkedIn learning and Pluralsight available.

Cons

Not working on latest technologies only few teams work on it. Sometimes hectic work. Get less time to learn by self.
