      Pros

      - Expectation to employees is very high, so you have no choice other than doing your best effort - High responsibility and turns in employee make employee feel confident and contributing company's business - Planning to IPO in the US and global leader in growing industry

      Cons

      - Drastic organizational realignment in the past is notorious in IT industry. Also, that experience hurt employees' mind - High turnover rate

      Pros

      The people were the best part of the company. The customer logos are good. Rank well with 3rd party companies and marketing/PR make things look pretty smooth.

      Cons

      The company has bought in leadership that in turn have pushed existing staff out and resulted in high turnover and a toxic work environment. The product has struggled and has been let down resulting in having to explain to customers why something we sold them isn't working. The continued addition of new features and lack of interest in fixing things that are broken.
