Pros

The company's products have a unique market position which means you get to speak to a lot of interesting people from all kinds of industires with very individual business challenges every day. It never gets boring and every day is different. Sales people have a lot of freedom to drive their business and be entrepreneurial. There are lots of opportunities as many companies are looking at introducing the technology that Automation Anywhere are developing.

Cons

Not a lot really, sometimes it gets a bit hectic and you have to be able to accomodate yourself in a new situation but if you're a fast mover, you will thrive here.
