      Pros

      A company that is laser-focused and with a strong foundation that thrives for goal-oriented results and drives its customers towards success.. If you're passionate and love to share that with your work - this is the place for you.

      Cons

      As they say, sky is the limit. You need to learn to maintain a fine balance between work and life. With the Automation industry growing at such a huge pace, there will be constant pressure to adapt to the change. This ultimately also results in frequent changes in internal processes which may not be easy to adapt; that said, change is the only constant thing so path to continous imprvoement is nevereasy.

      Pros

      - Great Pay and benefits - Lots going on - Opportunities to come up and implement ideas - Loads of communications, webinars, etc.. - Direct ownership of work - Work with international teams and exposure to loads of projects

      Cons

      - Could improve pension and parental offerings - Not everyone like the pace, things can seem chaotic at times - Processes not always defined so can seem like chasing ghosts to find information

      Pros

      Great local team in Australia. Very flexible working arrangements. Lots of opportunity in the market. Interesting variety of use cases and solutions and a rapidly evolving market Market leading product Better than average remuneration and benefits. Still somewhat of a startup culture, even though the organisation has grown quite large.

      Cons

      Not as much sharing of ideas, knowledge and assistance across the global teams as I would like to see. Sometimes teams will not take responsibility for a problem, which is a related issue. Marketing has been a little off their game in the past, but there have been changes lately that may improve that. Still somewhat of a startup culture, even though the organisation has grown quite large. (yes, that can be both a positive and negative) Very competitive market
