Pros

Pay is competitive and benefits options are good.

Cons

They will flush you down the toilet like a turd when they're done with you. Management is incompetent, uncommunicative, unapproachable, and heartless.

I'm so sorry that you feel the Company was 'done with you.' We felt the loss of each and every person who was part of our recent reduction in force and as most other companies who have experienced negative impact on revenue recently, we had to trim our costs to ensure the long-term survival of the Company.

Pros

Product quality is excellent and enough to scale the business. Salary is good but KPI is changes a lot and hard to achieve.

Cons

Hierarchy Is Overrated. Many senior management are there and no chance to promote. There are compliance issues everywhere.

Pros

The truth is always in the middle. Is the company perfect? No. Are people right to be frustrated with being laid off? Yes. But it's not at all as bad as some would have you believe. There are a ton of intelligent, hardworking, and compassionate people at this company. I truly believe we are the best in the industry and we will overcome this extremely challenging period. I don't for one second believe that Mihir and others didn't languish over the decisions that had to be made. I've been at other companies where it was a spreadsheet and a macro to see whether you stayed or were let go. I am certain this was not the case. Pros include great pay and flexibility. Top-notch, passionate, talented colleagues with a get it done attitude. Opportunities for career advancement and growth in the hottest software industry in the world. Unlimited PTO, and other benefits are better than most others.

Cons

We're in the teething stage of our growth - it's not always fun or pleasant but we'll get through it.
