Fast growing company putting the right foundations in place for continued growth
Pros
Technology is in great demand with the company being at the forefront of a new wave of automation. The people in the company are excellent and the culture has developed well considering how many new arrivals we have had in the months since I joined. I have seen great improvement in the onboarding process and general back office functions of the company since I joined as well with investment in IT, HR and Finance functions. The new office in London is fantastic and has brought a great group of people together on one floor which will further improve the collaboration and culture of the company in the UK. There are great efforts in place to improve all aspects of the employee experience with monthly company all hands meetings (please keep this going) providing a platform for employees to understand where we are going.
Cons
I'm sure most companies in hyper growth mode have challenges as they grow, the onboarding process when I joined was not great but has improved a lot. Budgeting process is convoluted and time/effort is lost at times where clarity early in the process would make planning and expectation setting easier.
