      Pros

      There are lots buts specifically no poking from management. You are free to impliment your idea, the way you think works best for your customers and you always get support from them to achieve it.

      Cons

      As the company gives you lots of opportunity to travel around so if you don't want to travel a lot, may be this is not good for you..
