TGIM (thank God it's Monday). I have been here for eight months now and still feel like I have the passion as day one. If you love the fast pace, growth mindset, experiment, build, learn, and collaborate mindset, you will do well here. Some of the processes are not completely in place as they would be with much larger companies, however, this is actually a good thing. Agility, collaboration, colleagues who care deeply are all among the experience of being inside a hyper-growth company that's shaking things up.

Cons

As the company scales, desks often need to be shared. I found this useful in learning more about my colleagues, but finding a desk to call your own is presently in short supply. The main office is located in San Jose, which is ideal for many Silicon Valley workers, but a bit far for those in mid-peninsula or the East-Bay. I wish it was closer to the CalTrain station so I could bike from the station, but that is okay for now. At some point, we shall outgrow this location and have another larger office.

Learn to navigate dishonest and incompetent executives, micromanaging a-hole bosses, unhappy co-workers ... don't believe the puffery that the newly hired "VP of People" has asked employees to put in fake reviews. Read the critical reviews carefully and you will see a common thread. Read the positive reviews, and it will be clear that they are fake.
