      Good work, with politics

      Pros

      - Work is quite good - You get to learn new things everyday

      Cons

      - Salary is not up to the mark. - Many times you have to stretch to complete your assignments. - Management is only concerned with deliverable.. Work-life balance is not there. - Due to some management level people's influence, the employees can't work better.

      Beware ... Worst company to work with in Bay Area

      Pros

      People who work there are good and hard working. Knowing the management is not good and they dont treat you well they still are good to each other.

      Cons

      Promises of higher pay and good work and personal life balance but they say leave if you can't work in this environment. They take advantage of each and every employee and pay then the minimum. Make you work or travel on weekends because they have promised the client 5 days 40 hours. The client pay then 2000$ per day and they dont even pay the employee 10% of that. Dont join this company.

      Founders don't empower

      interesting and growing space with limited window for growth

      Cons

      Founders do NOT empower employees. Bullying continues from the sales team and this behavior is accepted, perhaps even encouraged by the CEO.
