      One of the fastest growing IT companies in the world. Opportunities to innovate and be the CEO of your own desk. Lots of challenges to take and grow your experience and career. Feedback driven organization. Seen lots of changes happening based on the feedback received from employees.

      Cons

      As the company is scaling rapidly, You need to be self organize and self-driven to get what you want to accomplish your work otherwise you may feel like you are lost and may not be able to deliver your commitments which requires lot of collaboration and you need to go out our your role to collaborate with other teams to get things done.

      Friendly and cooperative work culture. I mean, you can literally walk up to anybody for help and most likely they would put an effort to help you out.

      I really can't find any negatives yet. HR can focus on imployees more individually.
