      Work on current hot cake technologies, RPA, ML and AI. Get drivers seat in knowning future of work. Speed of work. Being market leader, company has good growth potential and is delivering. I have seen things change for better hence hope for future is alive and kicking.

      Cons

      Speed of work and rate of change in things is high. It can be overwhelming for some. Management can do better in communication.

      A very fast-growing company has Systems and People in place. A transparent approach is seen in the Leadership Executive team. Vision and Mission of the organization are very clear. You get a perfect work to personal life balance. Performance is recognized and rewarded accordingly.

      Cons

      Operational issues are seen here and there but are very minimal. This problem is faced by any fast-growing organization.
