      Pros

      The work atmosphere and culture is very good. Company infrastructure and facilities are good. Good work-life balance. The management is very supportive.

      Cons

      If you work with AA, you won't find any cons.

      Awesome Place - fast moving, lots of growth

      Pros

      High growth industry and company. Lots to do. Great responsibilities. Self Driven people will succeed. Plenty of growth opportunities. Shift to cloud-native working well.

      Cons

      Undergoing scaling challenges as the company is coming to terms with the 10x growth that they have suddenly achieved. People from stable/un changing backgrounds would feel out of place. Think of applying only if you see this fast paced environment as an opportunity.
