      Good company except some senior employees.

      Pros

      1.good company to grow 2.good learning with experienced managers 3.healthy environment freedom to express your ideas and free to implement. 4.any one if looking for job please don't hesitate to join automation anywhere.

      Cons

      1.Not good food in cafeteria need to improve. 2.No health insurance company is providing, company is growing still there is no health insurance very shame to work like labours. 3.no timings no discipline people working for long hours 12hrs daily only because of miss management. 4.if you completed 8hrs and leaving for the day and some one seen you he first see at your face and wall clock. 5.Senior employees are really demotivate new employees because they fear there position. 6.senior employees don't know how to behave they are act like road side people. 7.senior employees defaming new employees. 8.All the above point is mentioned for QA department.

      One of the best and growing company in Gujarat

      Pros

      1. Company really growing very well. 2. Technical people will like company and free to share good ideas. 3. Management really working hard to drive company in right directions. They are really down the earth and encourage good and right initiatives. 4. Management has really improved work life balance quite better than earlier days. 5. Managers are really strong capable to handle delivery even though lot of challenges. 6. I am witness of good changes in QA department including streamlining process, different type of testing, reporting etc.

      Cons

      1. old employees has no manners. Rudeness new joiners on the floor. 2. People who are exist since 3+ years are credit stealer, not allowing new joiners to settle down and play full of politics. Management should show outdoor for such employee. 3. Few old QA believes they know everything but reality they don’t know anything and becoming obstacle in growth. Strong steps required against such QA.

      Unlimited opportunities for advancement, supportive leadership and great training and development. This company has change my way of thinking in challenging scenarios. I am grateful for the opportunities this organization provided

      Lots of onsite travelling, Management changes strategy over night
