      lack of processes, process oriented decisions, professionalism. At times it seems to prevent you from growing within the company

      Good company to work with except the managers!

      Pros

      They Pay that company offers you well additionally they pay quarterly bonus . formal wear are not compulsory. Good work culture. Given chance to work directly with the client managers and gets oppurtunity to work on different platform

      Cons

      Its a Night shift plus no cab facility. additionally working hours are 10+., also the work load remains very high for an individual.
