      Great learnings but Management is a problem!

      Pros

      You would learn a lot here, as they have the best projects in the ROA space. I had a pretty decent work life balance, and never felt I'm too pressurized.

      Cons

      I did not recieve a single appraisal in my stint due to various unknown reasons, which was honestly very demotivating.

      Pros

      Good product. Several good people. In a strong market with robust demand.

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible sales leadership both in the region and at the top-most corporate level. They don't understand how to motivate and empower sales people. I have been a very successful sales executive before this for years, and I don't believe I have a pretty penny's chance of that here. Some of my teammates and leaders know they are awaiting execution and are just biding their time. In the meantime, untold damage is being done.
