      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Very nice people.

      Cons

      RPA has matured after considerable hype. AA has struggled to be at the tops of the market share battle and has been unable to scale to its potential. Missed opportunities around use of partners. After converting from an on prem offering to cloud some stability issues has caused growing pains at the inflection point where it could have grabbed market share with its early cloud offering.

      *Good employer, allows us to work with autonomy, so far as we have accountability *Management is transparent in monthly All Hands about company performance *Product teams in tune with changing tech in a timely manner *Quarterly Stress Free day holiday is appreciated

      *Job security always a worry; seems to be multiple headcount reductions and using external consulting firm to justify this *Leadership team except co-founders is a revolving door *UiPath growth trajectory is seemingly much more exponential, why aren't we as scalable
