      - Hyperfocused on new features - To the point of refusing to fix known issues in favor of releasing new tech that doesn't get used - Systems are badly unreliable - No will to fix problems - Bad benefits - Insane, completely unjustified pressure to release

      Great culture and sales organization with strong involvement in the development of employees and in the community.

      Cons

      Too focused on following and mixed messages in the market place. Lacks a long term strategy to deal with new entrants. Will face a stiff competition if not public soon and potential takeover. Has not focused heavily on the channel to drive sales.
