The company waited too long to build the infrastructure and hire key leaders in the C positions... particularly at CRO side. Then COO. Then turnover in many positions CFO, CRO, COO, CMO, etc. Company overhired big time in 2018-2019 then had to do big layoff in 2020. Covid partially responsible but the hiring expenses were way ahead of a top line that just didn't align. Multiple layoffs since. Morale became extremely low as prospects for an exit diminished and stock price tanked in private market. Overall a good experience but management and the performance of the company to yield actualization of stock options made it not so great.

The executive leadership (founders) need to step away. They don’t allow the c-suite they hire to do the job they are hired to do, resulting in consistent turnover at the executive level. The sales rep turnover is enormous because none of the sales reps are making their numbers. The overall sales culture is horrible. The company is extremely cheap and that is hurting their customers and employees as a result (zero innovation or customer support). I couldn’t bring myself to refer anyone to Automation Anywhere during my time there and still feel good about myself. Employees were recently laid off without their managers even being aware it was happening. Zero transparency or communication. There is no diversity in upper management (Male and Indian are the requirement …that’s it). Please, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. I have to believe any positive review on this company can’t be legitimate. In my multi-decade career I have never even considered writing a negative review for a company. But this place…just avoid it.
