      * opportunity to work on different technology stacks, frameworks and methodologies * good people, culture, and obviously the product * good compensation

      Cons

      very rapidly growing product in all aspects, so all time attention is mandatory need.

      Vast opportunities to innovate, lead teams and build your carrier. Cloud based RPA is one of the fasted growing domain and AA is leading it. Customer centric values and focus.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a bit of a challenge. This is because company is growing so fast.

      Good pay, wonderful co-workers, a CEO that actually cares about their employees and has empathy.

      Cons

      A lot of travel (pre-COVID) was required, but that's expected.
