# Poor management and the management is not ready to accept that they are doing something wrong. # Promotes over working # Work life balance ... What is this? # No appreciation, acknowledgement if you're working and not in management's good books # trust me... Join a less paying company and not this. # AA employees are literally contacting every where they can asking for openings and jobs... I have been asked for a referral from a person who was very loyal to the company for 6 years and now begging for any job.

-Continue to emphasize and support career development in a way so that when there are manager changes or restructures this does not impact employees career paths. -Overcommunicate when things need to or will change so that employees can understand the rationale. -Managers need to make one-on-ones with their employees a priority even if to meet weekly for 15 minutes
