      Good for freshers or juniors, not a company to work for long term

      Pros

      US style policies and processes . Remote and hybrid work allowed. Salary is not the very best but still quite competitive. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Cofounders run the company closely. They are quite committed and passionate but they lack empathy and compromise people for goals. Management is biased towards tenured employees and is not very open to those who challenge status quo. They have been trying to go IPO but have been stuck between a bad product version and a challenging economy.
