Pros

Clear communication from management on company priorities. Adoption of OKRs and open discussions about calibration QoQ and definition of success. No politics, if you know what you want to work on and can communicate clearly why and how you will deliver on your projects, you get management to support. CEO constantly covers questions from employees on Town Hall events - everyone seems to be focused on execution. Supportive and caring for many employees impacted by covid.

Cons

Not much to comment about cons at this time - will add for transparency as topics come to mind.

Good base salary, good benefits

Cons

Very cold environment, you are a disposable asset--no connection to their employees , as has been demonstrated over and over again, firing top performers with no notice. -in order to bring in your "buddies" Sales Executives are not set up to succeed, quotas are unattainable, product issues are continous, Constant negative energy --everyone fears for their jobs on a daily basis ---Account Executives being let go weekly who are performing and doing their jobs. No one wants to take vacation in fear they won't have a job when they get back.
