Had joined the Development team of Process Discovery module in AA in Feb 2021 in Bengalore after working for 3 years in Oracle. But was not able to work in AA for more than 4 months and almost all teammates were looking out to change. Work culture is too bad and managers make sure employees work not less than 14 hours everyday. For employees working from Bengaluru, Managers schedule one scrum call at end of the day of United States 🇺🇸 (morning in India) and another scrum call when people in United States 🇺🇸 login the next day (night in India). That way they make sure employees in both the timezones work at least 12 hours which usually is 14 hours practically.
