Pros

RPA product, trending tech, you will get to learn lot about process automation, intelligent automation etc. Flexi timings, but team is quite new without manager, so it all depends how it shapes up when they hire managers. Depending on the product line you will have chance to learn AI/ML by doing. Competitive Salary with Stock options.

Cons

Location/Workplace is biggest con for me, it takes over an hour to reach place. No WFH policy, which means it all boils down to your manager. Food, we need to scrounge for food, there is no food court in we work space, hence you need to depend on local options around and quality sucks. Rapid hiring so chances of future layoff is uncertain. Development is racing against time , hence design decisions, estimations are taking a toll.

Bangalore and Silicon Valley both have the common problem of traffic but also are the centers of talent and creativity so we suffer the pains of travel. For your team, we value collaboration but are always evaluating programs to make life better for employees and WFH is high on the list.

1. it is fast moving space with lots of new things so sometime you miss out on few things.

small place with politics

Company successful because of smart founders Big, brand customers in USA, Europe, Australia Good staff members in teams

Cons

We were asked by director to write review on glassdoor. Join only when you have no other choice Not point to leave bangalore, pune for this political place Very long working hours always, also Saturday and Sunday, holidays
