We value our cross-cultural team and the culture of collaboration everyone has built. You're right that the career progression path is not clearly defined for many positions and as we grow, we intend to add more here. We've had many people promote here due to their high performance and excellent results. Many employees have been able to accelerate their careers - not because managers created a map of stepping stones but because they overachieved on goals and were subsequently promoted. We are working on defining more clear paths for certain positions and encourage managers and employees to start this conversation within their departments to tailor each person's career path to their individual aspirations. If you are feeling stuck, I encourage you to reach out to the People Operations department for coaching and support on this topic. We always welcome these discussions.

Sorry to hear you had a difficult experience. We take all feedback seriously, but I’m sure you understand we are careful how much credence we give anonymous, vague complaints on an external platform. We cannot verify whether Glassdoor users actually worked for us or if they might be a person we intentionally separated from due to low performance or misbehavior. We do quickly and thoroughly investigate all issues that are brought to our People Operations department - have you spoken to us? We have several channels, including an anonymous channel, for providing internal feedback. We also offer exit interviews to gather feedback from employees who depart voluntarily. We encourage our people to surface issues quickly that block them from success, and we act on the concerns we receive. We’ve certainly made mistakes along the way, and we reflect on those learnings and incorporate them into our future decisions. We provide onboarding training and ongoing development facilitated internally. Where we don’t have the internal resources for training, we encourage employees to pursue skill development with external resources. We are happy to discuss the culture here with potential applicants as well as provide references to our current employees who can share positive feedback - many employees share that they appreciate our transparency, bias to action and collaborative work environment with truly brilliant colleagues.
