Pros

Automic has a great product to offer companies. It is revolutionizing the way business is done and makes everything more seamless. The people that work here are excited about the future and really contribute to the growth of the company. Additionally, everyone here is friendly and enjoy what they do.

Cons

The only minor issue comes with Automic being a global company. There is a lot of coordination of schedule between times zones across the globe.

Pros

The people are great. Everyone is fun to work with and helpful. There are not many egos here which is really nice for collaboration etc...

Cons

Lack of direction in marketing and sales and management turnover seem to be the biggest issues facing Automic.

Pros

Good CEO, and family atmosphere, great work life balance. Colleagues are Helpful and non competitive although some quite double faced. And this poses a challenging environment when you can't trust some team members.

Cons

Need proper processes in place and CMO too spontaneous without understanding the team, his suggested ideas without counting costs or analysis . All round they need a solid understanding of what they are about and how they intend to play in the markets.
