Pros

Technical yet good work-life balance. International company that recognizes the need to have occasional in-person sync meetings between sites People at all levels are easy to talk to. The management tends to make good decisions

Cons

May not be the best environment for someone who prefers a large, corporate environment -- you will need to be assertive about getting your questions answered. Coordinating across time zones can be challenging

Pros

Solid end to end software automation solution. Good technical support resources Globally. Diverse working environment with a start up feel.

Cons

Company wants to expand and become larger but Leadership has yet to crack the code on exactly how to do so. It struggles with resolving it's previous legacy accomplishments as UC4 with its current growth strategy and new naming convention of (Automic).

Small team.. Great clients ! Great people that know there stuff

Cons

Small team. No experienced leadership and no long term strategy. Third set of leadership team in 13 months. They all think they can do better and how great they were at their last job Private equity still an issue.
