Management is interested in developing you even if it mean you leave the company to pursue your career. (This does not happen very often, but they are not afraid to develop a skill you could use some where else) Good benefits Lots of free food and beer The people that I work with care about each other. Yeah the technology is great and the job is challenging, but it is the people who convince me to get out of bed each morning. They are smart, fun to work with and truly support me in times of need.
Cons
Over the last couple years the company has had an identity issue, but with Todd as our CEO we seem to have started to find who we are. It has just taken some time. I hope things continue the direction that they are going and that the board does not decide to get rid of him just because he misses a earnings target. Making a great company takes time.
