-Work/life balance -benefits -401k matching -remote work

Cons

-lack of transparency from management and leadership -leadership plays favorites and rewards certain employees despite them being lazy/not contributing to the team -advertises flexible/unlimited PTO to candidates but then when you’re hired you’re told you can only take off 2-3 weeks/year -concerning financials (not a profitable company) -inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from so-called leaders

The work was meaningful and people had the genuine support of their colleagues. Resources that made sense were available. And an answer is just one slack away from IT, HR, Payroll, etc... People were always happy to help.
