      Work/life balance. The medical benefits are great.

      There is no room for growth. Management does not motivate employees at all.

We do, however, believe that professional development the responsibility of each individual. We offer a variety of channels for developing yourself through technical training on Pluralsight, internal interpersonal skills training, career development tools and seminars, conferences and our Lunch & Learn program that debuted in 2016. Moreover, we have modified our mid-year performance management process to emphasize coaching conversations so that both managers and their team members provide feedback for growth and development.       High growth, good for self-starters

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with the company when they were going through a significant growth surge. There was no shortage of interesting work, and the leadership was effective in setting direction to move the company forward.

      Cons

      As with most growth surges, competing for resources could be challenging and the elements of true team work were diluted by the desire to meet department-specific goals.

      Fun place to work

      Pros

      Terrific company culture. Great access to company leaders. Passionate staff. Market-leading solutions. We take the work seriously but never ourselves. I can honestly say that I laugh every day, and that I have fun at work.

      Cons

      As you will find anywhere, some leaders are transparent and some have hidden agendas. Once you learn who is who it's USUALLY easy to get things done without upsetting anyone.
