Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. It has been shared with the leadership team. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your time at Availity. Our goal is to provide an open, inclusive environment where associates can share their frustrations with their managers and work collaboratively to resolve issues. We also encourage continuing education and learning, so I’m glad to hear that you were able to use your free time to do so. As a “fresher,” it might take a bit of time for new associates to get up-to-speed—we are a complex business. That said, achieving a healthy work/life balance is still important. That’s why we offer a total rewards program that includes a variety of health and wellness options designed to help every employee find the right balance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions to the team. You gave us some solid “Pros,” and we thank you for recognizing where we got it right. Availity is experiencing rapid growth and change at the same time, which can sometimes lead to increased demands and evolving work schedules. We want to emphasize the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We believe that well-being is a priority, and we strongly encourage all our associates to utilize paid time off (PTO) to recharge and flex their schedule to create balance and communicate with their management team if they find it difficult to schedule time away or experience challenges with the workload. Transparent communication helps us better support our associates and ensures we continue to grow together in a sustainable way. Thank you again for your feedback and contributions. We wish you the very best in your next chapter.

Thank you for taking a moment to write your review. We are in a period of exceptional growth, so it's an exciting time to be part of Availity's technology team and use the latest technologies you mentioned. Because we know we are busy, we continually encourage associates to take full advantage of their benefits, including several wellness activities like our summer step challenge and unlimited PTO to relax and recharge. Micromanagement is not the norm at Availity, but we believe that accountability is essential. We work to foster an environment that welcomes two-way feedback with leaders and peers.
