      Pros

      Good market opportunity for growth. Smart and passionate people looking to make a difference for clients. Availability of resources is good.

      Cons

      Lack of discipline to stick to priorities and short term strategies, not to mention long term priorities and strategies. Frequent restructuring attests to the lack of patience and discipline to see things through. Culture of fear and mistrust of leadership team.

      Great place to visit, but don't plan on a career here!

      Pros

      Nice offices, clean break rooms, good coffee! Above average pay as well. Some great people are still managing to hang on.

      Cons

      Appearance is far more important than substance here and a lack of attention to infrastructure puts this company one security breach away from disaster. Was a great place a few years ago but too many reorganizations and changes in focus have created an atmosphere of paranoia and mistrust.

      Smoke and mirrors abound.

      Pros

      FL based company and exposure to some health plans. Very hard and challenging company objectives that deliver real value to customers.

      Cons

      Fragmented culture and massive disconnect between senior leadership, sales, product management, technology delivery, and the many office locations. Consistent opportunities here, but usually urgent, last minute requests at the end of the year.
