We have some of the most talented and intelligent team members around, including our leaders. Our goal is to fuel a culture that encourages a healthy work-life balance in a fast-paced environment. As a global company, there will always be time differences when collaborating with co-workers. This year, we moved our All Associate Meeting to a time that makes it easier for all associates to join, regardless of location. If you have any ideas to help make work more manageable with the time zones, please reach out to your manager. Thank you for your review. We have an incredible, associate-led culture at Availity that includes associates who have been with us since the beginning, along with some that started with us just last week. As in most organizations, associates at Availity form deep bonds rooted in shared experiences over months and years. These relationships are vital and create a sense of belonging, but they should not prevent newer associates from feeling welcomed and valued. We believe that everyone at Availity brings something unique to the table. Because skill levels and personal strengths vary from associate to associate, we aim to treat people as individuals.
