Abundant overtime due to bad practices.

Cons

Availity was dishonest about hiring on contractors full time for a new call center after 6 months, ultimately learned they never had a plan to even measure contractors to be retained, choosing to replace us with new hires.

Thank you for your review. Availity has not hired contractors for our client services roles for the past four years. At that time, we did retain contractors and hired some of them into full-time roles based on performance. At Availity, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our hiring processes.
