Pros

Used to be a team that was invested in their culture, had a great manager when I started.

Cons

PE Vista acquired and then sold all the US employees down the river, cheapened the brand, and PIP’d rather than pay severance. The upper management who helped facilitate all this didn’t last either, which should tell you exactly how bad it is.

Cons

Wrong Managerial Hires in India team causing expectation misalignment which leads to Manager -IC clashes resulting toxic environment in India team. HR team can be more involved and ready to hear clear story before taking decision against employees.
