Worst management experience I've encountered in my career. The leadership culture felt heavily focused on metrics and pressure rather than employee growth and well-being. Expectations and KPIs often seemed unrealistic and disconnected from practical workloads. Simply introducing AI tools does not magically reduce the effort required to solve complex problems or deliver quality outcomes. Favoritism and internal politics appeared to influence decisions more than merit and performance. Team bonding and collaboration were almost non-existent, and the workload left little to no time for learning, upskilling, or professional development. There was a constant culture of blame, where minor issues were often escalated unnecessarily. Employees frequently felt under scrutiny rather than supported. Job security was another major concern, as the company appeared to operate with a hire-and-fire mindset, creating anxiety and uncertainty across teams. My experience was that employee mental well-being was not prioritized enough. No salary package is worth sacrificing your mental peace, professional confidence, or long-term career growth.
