Pros

Fast paced environment that allows day to go by quickly. Working at large properties allows higher income. Working at smaller properties allow steady income. If you are willing to learn and be proactive you can grow into supervisor roles. Recognition of employee results daily, monthly, quarterly. With all jobs if you don't enjoy it I'd say find new work if you don't like helping residents. 401k match, healt benefits, compensation for travel to help other communities.

Cons

Initial training is based off of the strength of the current team. You are given web based training and allowed to follow employees to learn on the run. Some people I could see may struggle as everyone learns differently.

Pros

There is nothing good about the company, you get regular benefits package, except for the rent discount in any of their properties, which after you leave the company they eF you up and make you pay some ridiculous extra charges.

Cons

- Discrimination ( not a single person of color is in the management) - Poor career opportunities (if you are not white american, can't achieve anything there) - Hours - make you work crazy hours and no appreciation for it I can go on and on about whats wrong with the place, just stay away and don't work there

pay was avarage at $15 plus 75 per lease and renewal many good ideas for a company the people they got from Archstone were actually very nice and cool

Cons

They expected people to make sweet lemonade out of rotten lemons Absolutely poor training for first time leasing consultants. All about the numbers Unprofessional managers Arrogant associates Many good ideas yet poor execution of those ideas Did not like to pay for overtime and were cheap on materials
