      Great learning, but you'll work hard

      Pros

      You'll see great projects, you'll learn a lot (on the job). You can move roles easily if you're willing to pick up the skills. There's a good focus on new technologies, and the culture /people you work with directly are brilliant and friendly.

      Cons

      For a relatively small company, there is a significant amount of internal politics, mainly around inane things. This seems to be down to ongoing organisational change, but is improving over time. The new leadership seem to have a handle on this. There isn't much in the way of flexible working, so be prepared to work long hours, and carve out time to refresh yourself.

      Good place if you like working in Microsoft related tech

      Pros

      - learning opportunities - lots of certificates around Microsoft stack - versatile projects - good benefits

      Cons

      - you can spend months on bench without a project (which drags your performance down) - huge impact of Accenture (process and project wise) - your level is really important, structure is far from being flat - finding a project when you are on bench is mainly in your hands
