      Strong, promising. High exposure to international experiences

      Pros

      Strong capabilities in both traditional and innovative system integration and managed services. Unique relationship with with a top-tier global system integrator, Accenture: coordinated still quite independent, cooperating but with a clear differentiating focus: deep, dedicated Microsoft platform capabilities. Good access to global experts through a structure of communities of practice and reasonably informal culture that accepts and encourages reaching out outside hierarchies to peers and seniors worldwide. This generates significant international opportunities for individual at many different seniority level, and strong international exposure for managers and directors. Strong exchange of best practices across independent country-level businesses.

      Cons

      Similar to most large, global system integrators: it's difficult to differentiate from each other and to compete with nimbler local businesses with less structured processes and a more flexible cost structure.
