Pros
This is, in my opinion, a great company to work for. I have worked for many companies and seen just how bad some places are. Avanade is certainly one of the best I have ever experienced! Yes - you will work damned hard. Yes - you will need to be flexible and gear up when needed. Yes - you will be stretched in terms of your skills and what is expected. But, if you're not afraid of hard work, a challenge or being pushed out of your comfort zone, then Avanade is a great company.
Cons
There is still a great culture at Avanade - although rapid expansion is driving the acquisition of people and it is a challenge to ensure that they have the right mindset or work ethic that makes a place a great one to work. Senior management are truly outstanding.
