Friendly, helpful teammates and good sense of community. Big on D&I initiatives and a plethora of learning opportunities, especially for technical roles.

Cons

No incremental pay increases to keep up with inflation and generally below average pay, in business operations at least. Pauses on certain promotions and sometimes inconsistent general operations messaging from leadership.
