For a corporate job there's a standard number of hours you have to do and there are crunch times like in any company. Overall not that many cons for now.

Good salary but toxic management and favoritism dominate

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Started out with great management but things change over time, new people brought over some toxicity.

Cons

Still toxic, most recent managers lack knowledge of their teams work. They just seem lucky to be able to have landed in the position without the required skill hence more toxic as they want to suppress their employees and won’t give credit where due, favoritism comes in play. Won’t hire people better than them.

Solid pay, amazing benefits, best 410k match I've ever seen. Very generous PTO.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement, very high turnover, getting anything accomplished is a challenge. Management knows there are major issues, but nothing changes. Job would be bearable if the manager were replaced. Way too much finger pointing.
