it some thing amazing in the creation! It something very different and this what the present generation actually require, work , fun and entertainment all together at one place.Each day at work is awesome. I enjoy every moment at work. It is a great to work in. The management, the colleagues, the work culture, everything is just awesome.

Provides Nice and User Friendly Environment to learn and work for, Very Good Culture, No Work Pressure and No Delay in Salaries, Bright Future for Freshers and also for Experienced People as the Company is Growing very rapidly, No Tensions or work pressure and No deadlines

Pros

What I like about Avani tech is the open environment. You can approach people without hesitation. Company has great work culture that promotes excellence and is employee driven rather than the other way around. There are ample opportunities for technical growth.

Cons

Given the size and scope of the company it is hard to find any fault.
